Cancellation Policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy All tours are non-refundable once booked. We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. However, your comfort and safety are important to us. In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances that make it unsafe or impractical to proceed, we will reschedule your tour at no additional charge to a mutually agreed-upon future date. Please note: We cannot accommodate last-minute cancellations or no-shows. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your tour may be canceled without refund. Tours are private, and we reserve time and resources exclusively for your group. Terms & Conditions By booking a Private Highland Cow Ranch Tour, you agree to the following terms and conditions:  Safety & Conduct All guests must follow the instructions and guidance provided by the tour guide at all times. These are live animals and, while they are friendly and accustomed to people, they can be unpredictable. Any behavior that causes distress or harm to the animals, damages property, or disrupts the tour experience for others may result in the tour being immediately ended without refund. Guests must be able to walk on uneven terrain and be prepared for typical farm sights, sounds, and smells. Closed-toe shoes are strongly recommended.  Children Children under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. Children must be at least 5 years old, unless they are lap babies or can be carried in a wearable carrier by an adult.  Photo & Video Use Guests are welcome and encouraged to take photos and videos for personal use only. Commercial photography, filming, or content creation (including for social media monetization, ads, or promotional purposes) is strictly prohibited without prior written consent. We reserve the right to ask any guest to stop filming or photographing at any time, especially if it disrupts the experience or puts animals or guests at risk.  Additional Information There are no public restrooms at Intervale Farm. We can accommodate up to 4 guests per private tour. Please contact us directly to inquire about larger groups.
