Transportation included. 🍽️ What’s Included: -Delicious lunch at The Farmhouse -🚙 Private transport to Intervale Ranch (approx. 15 minutes away) -🐄 Private tour with hands-on time with our Highland cows At the Ranch, You’ll Get To: -Pet, groom, and feed our shaggy Highland cows -Snap stunning photos and videos -Learn about the breed’s history and charm -Spend quality time in the peaceful Maine countryside -Visit with our adorable calves for nose boops, cow hugs, and fluffy brushing This tour is ideal for couples, families, or anyone seeking a deeper connection to Maine’s farming culture. During your visit, you’ll venture past the fences into the heart of our pastures. Get slobbery licks from our friendly cows as you hand-feed them treats, then head to the weaning field to meet our fluffy calves up close. Along the way, you'll learn each animal’s name, personality, and unique story. Expect a little slobber on your pants, a splash of Maine mud on your shoes, and a heart full of sweet memories. Important Info: -All guests must be able to navigate uneven terrain -Minimum age is 5+ (except lap babies or those in carriers) -No public restrooms at the ranch -Please review all terms and conditions before booking -Photos and videos for personal use only -For the safety of the animals and your group, tour guides may end the tour without refund if rules are not followed. Cancellation Policy
Refund and Cancellation Policy All tours are non-refundable once booked. We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. However, your comfort and safety are important to us. In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances that make it unsafe or impractical to proceed, we will reschedule your tour at no additional charge to a mutually agreed-upon future date. Please note: We cannot accommodate last-minute cancellations or no-shows. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your tour may be canceled without refund. Tours are private, and we reserve time and resources exclusively for your group. Terms & Conditions By booking a Private Highland Cow Ranch Tour, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Safety & Conduct All guests must follow the instructions and guidance provided by the tour guide at all times. These are live animals and, while they are friendly and accustomed to people, they can be unpredictable. Any behavior that causes distress or harm to the animals, damages property, or disrupts the tour experience for others may result in the tour being immediately ended without refund. Guests must be able to walk on uneven terrain and be prepared for typical farm sights, sounds, and smells. Closed-toe shoes are strongly recommended. Children Children under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. Children must be at least 5 years old, unless they are lap babies or can be carried in a wearable carrier by an adult. Photo & Video Use Guests are welcome and encouraged to take photos and videos for personal use only. Commercial photography, filming, or content creation (including for social media monetization, ads, or promotional purposes) is strictly prohibited without prior written consent. We reserve the right to ask any guest to stop filming or photographing at any time, especially if it disrupts the experience or puts animals or guests at risk. Additional Information There are no public restrooms at Intervale Farm. We can accommodate up to 4 guests per private tour. Please contact us directly to inquire about larger groups.
